OFFICE VISITS & POLICIES

ALWAYS call before you bring your child to the office. We have a SAME-DAY SICK policy; therefore, we will schedule any acutely-ill child the same day which it is requested.

When making appointments for routine well visits, it is recommended that you schedule your next visit at the time you leave your current one. When scheduling routine physicals or annual child/teen well visits, please try to schedule at least 3 months in advance. We always want to be able to best accommodate you and your child.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment.

If you know you will be late for an appointment, please call us in advance to see if we can try to still fit you in.  You may be asked to reschedule to another time or another day.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule to another time or another day.

Children get sick at all hours of the day, so we ALWAYS want to be able to assist you in the care of your child. We have a registered nurse dedicated to answering most questions you may have during office hours. Please feel free to call at any time to leave a message for the phone nurse. You can expect a return phone call typically within 30 minutes. If you have a specific message for a provider, please let one of our administrative staff know and they will pass the message along. Providers return phone calls at lunch and after hours. You may also email any provider. Please allow 24 hours for an email response.
